TIPS
• To encourage guests to roam, setup stations in separate allocated areas – bar and drinks in one area, savory foods in another and dessert stations in a third space.

• If budget allows we always recommend live stations as this is a fun way to create an interactive setting between Chefs and guests.

• When hosting a seated lunch or dinner consider sharing plates in the middle of the table as an option, this will get guests engaging between each other.
